Refund policy

Returns 
We operate on a 30 day return policy upon delivery. If you wish to return an item, we ask that it is returned in it’s original packaging, safely packaged with proof of receipt. 

Any Upton Noble wallpaper returned after 30 days is at the discretion of Upton Noble 404 Limited and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-returnable products are:
Sampels, sales items and bespoke orders

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged at our discretion. Please send us an email at office@upton-noble.com 

Shipping - Return
To return your product, you should send the product to: Upton Noble, 2 Grey Mews, Church Lane, Fovant, SP3 5LA, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, please let us know.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
